摘要
目的探讨目标式教学在胸心外科住院医师规范化培训中的带教效果。方法将在胸心外科学习的住院医师规范化培训学员52名随机分为两组,26名学员实施传统带教法为对照组,26名学员实施目标式教学法为观察组,比较两组带教效果。结果观察组学员考核成绩(笔试成绩、临床实践能力、总分)均高于对照组,观察组学员满意度、带教老师满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标式教学法可提高胸心外科住院医师规范化培训方面的带教效果。
Objective To investigate teaching the effect of target teaching in standardization training of resident doctors from thoracic surgery department. Methods 52 resident doctors from thoracic surgery department treated standardization training were randomly divided into two groups. 26 resident doctors received traditional teaching as control group. 26 resident doctors received target teaching as observation group. Teaching effect was compared between two groups. Results Examination results(written examination achievement, operational skills test, total score) of resident doctors in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Satisfaction of resident doctors and teacher in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Target teaching can improve teaching effect of standardization training of resident doctors from thoracic surgery department.
