芳香植物营养液对苹果生长及果实品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了探明芳香植物源营养液对苹果树营养生长、果实品质的影响,以8年生‘富士/八棱海棠’成年期树为试材,叶面喷施孔雀草、紫苏、罗勒、薄荷等芳香植物叶片制成的营养液为处理,清水为对照,测定不同处理对苹果树体生长、叶片矿质养分含量、果实品质的影响。结果表明:与清水相比,喷施芳香植物源营养液能显著促进苹果新梢生长,增加叶面积,提高叶绿素含量;提高叶片中氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌等矿质元素的含量;提高单果重、果实可溶性固形物含量及Vc含量。其中,罗勒营养液和薄荷营养液显著提高了叶片中各矿质养分的含量;薄荷营养液增加单果重、果实可溶性固形物含量的效果显著,提高了果实品质。综上,喷施芳香植物源营养液能有效提高叶片矿质养分含量,促进树体的营养生长,从而改善果实品质。 In order to study effects of aromatic plant-derived nutrient solution on the growth and fruit quality in apples,8-yearsold‘Fuji'apple trees were selected as materials for treatments of foliar application with plant-derived nutrient solutions.The four treatments were as follows:maidenhair,purple perils,basil and mint nutrient solution,and water as controls.The new tips,mineral elements and fruit quality during the development of fruit were detected.The results showed that compared with the control,spraying aromatic plant-derived nutrient solutions could remarkably enhance the growth of new tips,increase leaf area and the content of chlorophyll,At the same time,the single fruit weight,soluble sugar content,soluble solid materials content and Vc content were increased by applying plant-derived nutrient solutions.In particular,spraying the basil and mint nutrient solutionmarkedly increased the mineral elements content in leaves and spraying themint nutrient solution markedly enhanced single fruit weight,soluble solid content and sugar/acids ratio,resulting in improvement of fruit quality.The results suggest that spraying aromatic plant-derived nutrient solution had some good effects on vegetative growth and fruit quality in apple.
