摘要
目的探究妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的妊娠合并症、妊娠并发症以及最终的妊娠结局。方法从我院2012年2月至2014年3月中接收并治疗的妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症患者中随机性抽取73例进行回顾性分析和研究,并分为对照组和研究组,研究组37例,均为自愿接受规范性治疗。结果研究组患者采用规范性治疗,流产发生率、早产发生率、死胎发生率、足月分娩率及剖宫产率分别为9.5%、12.4%、1.36%、76.5%和43.3%。结论针对妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症患者需要及早进行诊断和治疗,以减少并发症和合并症的产生,有效的改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the pregnancy with hypothyroidism in patients with pregnancy complications, pregnancy complications, and the pregnancy outcome. Methods From February 2012 to March 2014 months receiving and treatment of pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients with random sampling, 73 cases were retrospectively analyzed and the research, and divided into control group and the team, the team 37 cases, are all voluntary standardization treatment. Results Group were treated by normative treatment, the incidence of miscarriage, premature birth incidence, the incidence of stillbirth, full-term births and cesarean section rates were 9.5%, 12.4%, 1.36%, 12.4% and 43.3%. Conclusion In view of the pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients need early diagnosis and treatment, to reduce the complications and complications, effective improve the pregnancy outcome.
