摘要
为了增加涡旋压缩机啮合间隙处的动网格数量。本文根据涡旋压缩机的流体区域变化规律,提出一种结构化动网格的生成方法,实现了啮合间隙处的网格加密。进而得到一种基于结构化动网格的涡旋压缩机非定常流动的数值模拟方法;得到了任意时刻流体区域内的流场分布。与现有的非结构化动网格进行比较,结构化动网格解决了非结构化动网格在啮合间隙处易产生负体积的问题,能够在啮合间隙处生成足够的网格数量,提高了计算精度;且具有网格质量高、网格数量和疏密易控制等优点,更适合于涡旋压缩机工作过程的数值模拟计算。
In order to increase the number of meshes in meshing clearances for scroll compressors,a generation method of structured dynamic meshes,which can encrypt meshes in meshing clearances,is proposed in this paper,according to the moving law of fluid domains of scroll compressors.A numerical simulation method of unsteady flows for scroll compressors is obtained based on the structured dynamic meshes;and the flow fields with an arbitrary time are presented.Compared with the unstructured dynamic meshes,the structured dynamic meshes have solved the frequently occurring problem of the negative volume in meshing clearances of unstructured dynamic meshes.The proposed method of structured dynamic meshes can generate sufficient number of meshes in meshing clearances,improve calculation accuracy,and easily control the number and density of meshes.Thus this mesh is suitable for numerical simulations of the working process for scroll compressors.
