摘要
从理论上阐述了玄府络脉与放射性肺纤维化的生理病理关系。玄府除普遍认为的汗孔以外,还包含了气液出入的腠道门户;络脉是人体气血津液流通的细小通道。放射性肺纤维化的病机是玄府闭塞,脉络失养,所以治疗当补养周身之气阴以充养络脉,调节闭塞之玄府以改善肺脏微环境。
This article elaborates on the physiological and pathological relationship between Xuanfu / collaterals and radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Besides the commonly known sweat pores,Xuanfu includes the portals of interstices for the entry and exit of gas / liquid; the collaterals are small channels for circulation of qi-blood and fluid. The pathogenesis of radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis is occlusion of Xuanfu and malnutrition of collaterals. Therefore,boosting qi and nourishing yin should be applied to treat this disease in order to nourish the collaterals,and the occluded Xuanfu should be treated to improve the lung microenvironment.
