摘要
卒中后抑郁的发病率逐年增高,针灸因其有效性和低副作用被越来越多的医生采用,但是其作用机理并不明确。本研究综述了近年关于针灸治疗卒中后抑郁的机理研究文献,从中医和西医两大方面阐述了在针刺治疗卒中后抑郁机理研究方面的进展,并提出自己的见解,以期能够对临床和未来的研究提供一定的帮助。
Post-stroke depression is a disease with higher incidence than before.Now more and more doctors use acupuncture because of its effectiveness and low side effects.However,the mechanism of acupuncture for treating post-stroke depression is not clear.Now this article summarizes the recent research on the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for post-stroke depression.It says the progress in mechanism research from the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is illustrated in order to offer some help for clinics and the researchers.
