摘要
试验旨在研究苜蓿黄酮对萨福克小尾寒羊杂交羊的血液抗氧化性能。采用单因素随机区组实验设计,选择体重为(27.02±3.03)kg的萨福克小尾寒羊杂交羊28只,随机分成4组,每组7只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%剂量的苜蓿黄酮。试验期48 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期41 d。结果表明:试验组绵羊血清中总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、超氧阴离子清除能力和羟基自由基清除能力较对照组有升高趋势,且谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果证明,苜蓿黄酮可提高绵羊的抗氧化性能。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of flavonoids of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)on antioxidant index of Hybrid sheep with Small-fat-tail from Suffolk. A single factor random block de-sign was used and 28 sheep with the body weight of(27.02±3.03) kg was selected and randomly divid-ed into 4 groups with 7 replicates in each group and 1 sheep per replicate. Sheep in control(group Ⅰ)group was with basal diet, and 0.1%、0.2% and 0.4% alfalfa flavonoids was added into the basal dietof Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ group respectively. Trail lasted for 48 days, which consisted of a 7-day-preliminaryand a 41-day-formal trial. The result showed as follow: T-AOC、SOD、superoxide anion and hydroxylradical scavenging capacity in sheep serum of the experimental group tended to increase comparedwith that in the control group and GSH-Px activity was significantly higher(P〈0.05). These results sug-gested that alfalfa flavonoids can improve the antioxidant activity of sheep.
