摘要
苦参碱是苦参的提取物,可以抑制恶性肿瘤的增殖及迁移,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。细胞间的信号转导影响着肿瘤的生物学行为和生长状态,目前对于苦参碱抑制恶性肿瘤相关的信号通路研究除了被广泛研究的MAPK、JAK.STAT、NF-κB等外,还有近年来研究较热的Wnt/p—catenin和mTOR。这些通路主要经关键蛋白的磷酸化而激活,并联络其他不同通路,进而减轻肿瘤炎症反应、抑制肿瘤细胞的生长及生物学行为。研究苦参碱在抗癌过程中所经过的信号通路,可为苦参碱的分子靶向治疗提供理论基础,而与苦参碱相关的不同通路间的具体关系是今后值得深入研究的课题。
Matrine is a traditional Chinese medicine extraction which can inhibit the proliferation, migration and apoptosis of tumor cells. Cell signal transduetion affects the tumor biological behavior and growth condition. Except for the widely research of MAPK, JAK-STAT, NF- κB signal transduction pathways, the latest signaling pathways about matrine are Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and roTOR signaling pathway. These pathways are mainly activated by the phosphorylated key proteins to alleviate inflammatory reaction and inhibit the growth of tumor cells and tumor biological behaviors. The research of matrine by cell signaling pathways can provide molecular targeted therapy with theoretical basis. The relationship among different signaling pathways related to the anti-tumor effect of matrine is worth studying deeply in the future.
