摘要
乙酰甲喹和喹烯酮是中国农业科学院和兰州畜牧与兽药研究所研制合成的两种喹噁啉类药物,由于保留了传统喹噁啉类药物的抗菌活性,同时大大降低了毒性作用,因此在畜牧业生产中得到应用。迄今为止,已经开展了乙酰甲喹和喹烯酮在不同动物中的药物动力学研究,并且使用不同的分析方法确证了这两种药物的代谢产物。研究证明这两种药物在动物体内分布广泛,吸收和消除较快。
Mequindox and quinocetone are two synthetic quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide derivative developed by the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Drugs, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Lanzhou, China). Due to the retention of the antibacterial activity of traditional quinoxalines, while greatly reducing the toxicity, these two drugs are widely used in animal husbandry. To date, studies has been carried out on pharmacokinetics of mequindox and quinocetone in different animals, and using different methods of analysis identified the metabolites of these two drugs. The research shows that these two drugs exhibit pharmacokinetic properties with wide distribution, rapid absorption and elimination.
