荧光快检法用于工艺用水微生物检测的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为考察荧光快检法用于测定水中微生物的可行性,使用6种常见试验菌,比较用传统膜过滤法和荧光快检法对微生物计数的应用。结果表明使用荧光快检法的培养时间,金黄色葡萄球菌17 h,大肠埃希菌15 h,枯草芽孢杆菌16 h,白色念珠菌36 h,黑曲霉51 h,铜绿假单胞菌19 h,所有菌种回收率都大于70%,且通过分析显著性水平表明这两种方法无显著性差异。实验结果证明,荧光快检法可用于水中微生物的检测,可大大缩短培养周期,且检测结果准确。 The application of fluorescent-based rapid detection method for microbiological contaminants in water was investigated,and then compared with the the membrane filtration method with six different test strains. The results showed that the culturing time by fluorescent rapid detection method were as follows: Staphylococcus aureus 17 h,Escherichia coli15 h,Bacillus subtilis 16 h,Candida albicans 36 h,Aspergillus niger 51 h,Pseudomonas aeruginosa 19 h; recoveries of all the strains were more than 70%. The significance level indicated that there was no significant difference between two methods. The results showed that the fluorescence-based rapid detection method could be used in the microbial tests for water with advantages of greatly shortened culture period and accurate test result.
