摘要
在潍坊白浪河摩天轮项目中,由于构成轮盘的空间圆环存在规则的数学表达形式,所以对轮面网格杆件及其交叉节点采用了参数化的设计方法。后期,对这些参数设计节点编制了能够自动生成有限元模型、自动进行有限元计算、自动统计结果的程序,对238个节点进行了遍历性的有限元验算,大大提高了对危险节点位置的甄别和处理效率。同时对摩天轮内外弦的X型和KK型节点分别进行了参数化验算,对采用参数化设计及模型计算所生成的前处理和后处理数据进行了节点的强度验算,相关节点的强度均满足设计要求。
In the design of the Sky Wheel along Bailang River in Weifang,the parametric design method was used in designs of grid members and cross joints on wheel surface,because regular mathematical expression exists in spatial circle that constitutes the wheel. In later stage,the program was compiled for these parameter design joints to automatically generate the finite element model,automatically carry out finite element calculation and automatically count results. The ergodic finite element checking calculation was carried out on the 238 joints,which greatly improved the identification and processing efficiency for locations of dangerous joints. At the same time,the parametric checking calculations were conducted on the X-shaped and KK-shaped joints of the inside and outside chords for the Sky Wheel respectively. And the strength of the joint was checked using the pre-processing and post-processing data calculated by the parametric design method and model. Relevant joints strength fulfills design requirements.
