摘要
采用1种具有三嵌段结构的有机聚合物作为添加剂(AP)与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)通过共混制备同时具有亲水性能和疏油性能的新型中空纤维膜,考察了PVDF与AP的比例对膜的微结构及性能的影响,并测试了其用于油水分离特性。结果表明,AP不仅有利于膜内部海绵状结构的形成,并能有效地改变膜的孔径和表面性能。随着AP的量的增加,中空纤维膜表现出更好的亲水性和疏油性,膜的孔径和水通量也随之增加。分离油水时通量衰减率低,简单的物理清洗就能基本恢复到其初始通量的优势,在进水TOC的质量浓度为310~340 mg/L时,膜过滤对油分的截留率在98%以上。这种新型中空纤维膜在抗有机污染及用于油水分离方面具有应用前景。
A hollow fiber membrane was prepared from polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as the base material and an amphiphilic triblock polymer as the additive(denoted as AP).The emphasis was on the effect of AP content on the structure and surface properties of the prepared membrane and its performance in the treatment of oily wastewater.The experimental results indicate that the utilization of AP as the additive was beneficial to the formation of spongytype membrane structure,and can effectively change the pore size and surface properties of the obtained membrane.With the increase of AP in PVDF,the hollow fiber membrane exhibited better hydrophilic as well as oleophobic properties,and the membrane's pore size and water flux also increased accordingly.The prepared hollow fiber membrane showed less water flux decay during the oily wastewater filtration experiments and the flux decay can be almost completely recovered from a simple physical cleaning with water.Under the condition of feed mass concentration of TOC at around 310~340mg/L,the oil removal efficiency of the developed membrane was always above 98%.The novel hollow fiber membrane was envisioned with a great potential in anti-organic fouling and in the application of oil-water separation or oily wastewater treatment.
