磁性粒子固定简青霉吸附处理Cd^2+-苯酚复合污染废水的研究 被引量:3

Study on Adsorption of Cd^(2+) and Phenol from Aqueous Solution with Penicillium simplicissimum Fixed on Magnetic Particles

摘要 以Fe_3O_4磁性粒子为载体固定简青霉菌粉,制备出一种固定化简青霉生物吸附剂,用于Cd^(2+)-苯酚复合污染废水的吸附研究。考察了pH、温度、时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,pH对吸附效果有较为明显的影响,适宜pH为5,适宜温度在40℃;吸附Cd^(2+)的平衡时间是20 min左右,而吸附苯酚的平衡时间大约是在48 h左右。采用1mol/L的HCl溶液反复解吸5次后,Cd^(2+)和苯酚的解吸率分别达到92.13%、91.34%,解吸后吸附剂对Cd^(2+)和苯酚仍表现出较好的吸附去除能力。 Fe3O4 magnetic particles are used as the carriers to fix simplePenicillium simplicissimum powder,preparing immobilized biosorbent for the adsorption of Cd^2+ and phenol from Cd^2+-phenol composite pollution solution.The research results indicate that Penicillium simplicissimum fixed by magnetic particles could efficiently remove cadmium ion and phenol from aqueous solution.The adsorbing efficiency varies under different conditions.The optimal pH for removal of Cd^2+ and phenol is 5.The maximum adsorption occurs at temperature of 40 ℃.The equilibrium time of cadmium is 20 min and phenol compound is 48 h,respectively.The biosorbents were desorbed repeatedly by 1 mol/L HCl solution with 5 times, and the capacity of adsorption still remained.The maximum removal efficiency of Cd^2+ can reach 92.13%and phenol 91.34%respectively.
