摘要
针对膜分离技术应用于印染废水回用中存在的膜污染问题,采用加载混凝磁分离澄清池工艺对印染废水生化池部分出水进行预处理,再经过超滤-反渗透双膜法进行深度处理,出水COD为9.5 mg/L、浊度为0.01 NTU、色度为2倍、电导率为58μS/cm,SS未检出,水质均达到了HJ 471-2009中染色工艺的水质标准。系统运行稳定,达到了较好的经济效益和环境效益。
In allusion to Membrane Fouling,which exists in membrane separation technology used in dyeing printing wastewater reuse,we adopt Magnetic Coagulating clarifier to accomplish the pretreatment of biochemical pool of dyeing printing wastewater.After advanced treatment of UF/RO dual membrane system,The COD,Turbidity,color and conductivity are 9.5 mg/L,0.01 NTU,2 times and 58 μS/cm respectively,The SS is almost undetectable,the effluent quality meets the specification of HJ 471-2009 for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry.The treatment system runs stably,and achieved better economic and environmental benefits.
