Research on Fatigue Life of Hot Roll Surface

摘要 轧辊的使用寿命对板带成形及板带的产量有很大的影响。在ADAMS软件中建立了轧辊的刚塑耦合模型,获得轧辊的轧制力;在ANSYS软件中建立热固耦合模型,获得了轧辊在轧制力和温度场综合作用下的瞬态应力应变结果;在MSC.Fatigue软件中进行仿真,确定了轧辊的疲劳寿命。 Roll service life has a great influence on forming and yield of plate strip. Rigid-plastic coupling model of the roll was established in ADAMS software, and the rolling force of the roll was obtained. Thermosetting coupling model was established in ANSYS software, and the transient results of stress and strain of the roll were obtained under the comprehensive action of the rolling force and temperature field. The simulation was carried out in MSC. Fatigue software, and the fatigue life of roll was determined.
