摘要 利用Deform-3D有限元软件对铝合金连杆体的闭塞锻造过程进行了数值模拟,研究了预制坯形状尺寸和成形方法对成形过程的影响,揭示了铝合金连杆体在闭塞锻造成形过程中成形缺陷的产生原因。模拟结果能为铝合金连杆体闭塞锻造成形工艺的制定提供指导。 The closed die forging process of aluminum alloy connecting rod was numerically simulated by using Deform-3D software. The influence of the shape and size of preform and the forming method on the forming process were investigated. The causes for the forming defects of aluminum alloy connecting rod in the closed die forging process were revealed. The simulation results can provide the guidance for formulating closed die forging forming process of aluminum alloy connecting rod.
