摘要
传统外包交易双方间的信任和关系治理问题已被国内外学者广泛关注。而随着通信基础设施和网络信息技术的迅速发展,依托于网络环境的众包模式正迅速发展。构建了网络化众包市场中的交易过程模型,同时,对交易过程中出现的两种信任形式做了区分和介绍,重点说明了快速信任和基于了解的信任在众包市场中的不同。在此基础上,针对不同信任类型讨论了相应的信任增进机制。供应商-任务匹配、正式控制手段和关系治理手段等被认为是增进信任有效的方法。最后,指出了在众包市场中有关信任研究的关键问题。
Previous literature has explored the mutual trust and governance issues in outsourcing context. However, crowdsourcing is developing fast due to the development of information technology. Based on the transaction stages in crowdsourcing marketplaces, this paper develops a process model of the client- vendor transaction and further makes a distinction of the two different trust types; (1) swift trust and (2) knowledge-based trust. The purpose of the study is to provide recommendation solution according to the two different trust types. In particular, vendor-task fit, formal control, and relational governance are the effective methods to build trust in the crowdsourcing marketplace. Lastly, this paper points out some research questions for future studies in this regard.
