摘要
随着油田开发深入,特低渗老油田增产手段单一的老井逐渐失去产能,部分油井产量递减快的矛盾日益突出,传统的压裂工艺已不能满足该类油藏开发的需求。针对此问题,将解堵工艺、转向压裂工艺、端部脱砂工艺有机结合在一起,形成解堵—加砂—转向—加砂—端部脱砂的转向压裂工艺,最大限度的增加泄油面积、疏通油流通道。同时对转向剂实现转向压裂机理的分析,优选出适合鄂尔多斯盆地川口油田转向压裂的油溶性转向剂,总结了压裂施工的选井选层原则,筛选了合适的压裂施工工艺参数。实现了压裂缝内转向的同时在裂缝末端形成了短宽缝,为老油井、薄隔层或无隔层油井恢复产能提供了新方法。2014年转向压裂技术在川口油田现场应用15口井,取得了较好的增产效果,平均单井日增油0.35t。
With further oilfield development,the old wells with single stimulation means in old oilfields of ultra-low permeability are losing capacity,and fast production decline of some oil wells becomes increasingly urgent.As a result,traditional fracturing technology could not meet the development requirement of such reservoirs.For this,we integrated pluggingremoval technology,turnaround fracturing technology,and tip screen-out technology,and developed the turnaround fracturing technology of removing plugging,sanding up,turning around,sanding up and screening out at tip,which increased drainage area and cleaned the flow channel at the most.Meanwhile,we analyzed the mechanism that diversion agent realized turnaround fracturing,optimized the oil soluble diversion agent applicable for turnaround fracturing in Chuankou Oilfield,summed up the principle of selecting wells and horizons for fracturing,selected technological parameters suitable for fracturing,and formed short and wide seams at the end of fractures while fulfilling turnaround in cracks,providing a new method for restoring productivity of old oil wells and the wells in thin interlayers or without interlayers.In 2014,the turnaround fracturing technology was applied to 15 wells and achieved good stimulation results,with daily oil production of single wells rising by 0.35 t on average.
