摘要
目的探究外科手术切口感染的主要因素。方法结合自身经验,借助文献资料,以患者因素、医务人员因素以及环境因素为出发点进行研究分析。结果以上3方面因素与手术切口感染存在密切联系,均发生至手术切口感染中,具有极其重要的作用。结论有效控制术前、术后引起切口感染的相关因素,可达到减少发生手术切口感染的目的。
Objective To explore the main factors of surgical incision infection in general surgical procedures and countermeasure. Methods Combined with their own experience,with the aid of literature data,the patient factors,medical personnel factors and environmental factors as the starting point for research and analysis. Results The above three factors were closely related to surgical incision infection,and all of these were very important. Conclusion The relevant factors that can effectively control the infection of the wound caused by the surgery before and after the operation can achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of surgical wound infection.
