摘要
目的探讨四手操作技术在口腔门诊医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法将2013年10月—2014年9月100例需行口腔手术的患者归为对照组,2014年10月—2015年9月100例患者归为实验组。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者加施四手操作技术,比较2组患者实施前后医生、护士、患者满意度,护理不良事件与感染情况等。结果实验组患者实施后医生、护士与患者满意度显著上升且高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者锐器伤害与交叉感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),器械消毒不合格与手消毒不合格率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四手操作技术在口腔门诊对护理质量满意度与医院感染控制中的作用效果显著,可提高满意度,具有借鉴性。
Objective To investigate the effect of four-hand technique in dental clinic satisfaction and quality of care in hospital infection control. Methods A total of 100 patients with oral surgery in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2014 were included in control group,and another 100 patients from October 2014 to September 2015 were included in experimental group. The control group was treated with routine care and the experimental group was applied four-hand technique. Satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients,nursing adverse events and infection before and after nursing were compare. Results The patients in the experimental group doctors had significant increased satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients,and it was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 01). Sharps injuries and cross infection rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05),and failure rate of instrument sterilization and hand disinfection were significantly lower than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Four hand techniques can improve nursing satisfaction and hospital infection control.
