摘要
以姬菇258和金凤2-1为亲本单孢杂交获得4株杂交姬菇新菌株(姬菇44号、姬菇6号、姬菇115号和姬菇7号)与亲本姬菇258和生产上主栽姬菇西德33进行发菌培养、栽培出菇的比较试验。结果表明,姬菇6号生育期短,早于其他菌株出菇;姬菇7号商品性状表现最佳。两者都与西德33的产量差异达到极显著水平。姬菇6号和姬菇7号同时具有经济价值和生产实用价值,值得推广应用。
Four Pleurotus spp. hybrid strains( No. 44,No. 6,No. 115,No. 7),parent strain Pleurotus spp. No. 258 and main cultivated Pleurotus spp. Xi De 33 were cultivated to test the main characters. The result showed that growth period of hybrid strain No. 6 was the shortest. Hybrid strain No. 7 was the best commodity character of all tested strains. The yield of hybrid strains No. 6 and No. 7 were extremely and significantly different to Xi De No. 33. The new hybrid strains had the prospect of popularization and application.
