摘要 为了使食品检验中的样品流转与数据传输过程更加流畅,本研究基于二维码扫描技术构建了食品检验数据库。以此食品检验数据库为核心,设计和优化了一个简便易操作的运行流程。流程按数据库的建立和维护、样品流转、样品检验和数据传输等4个基本步骤运行,通过各模块与食品检验数据库交互进行数据传输。研究发现,基于基于二维码扫描技术构建的食品检验数据库流程的有效运行,在节约成本的同时,大幅提高了工作效率。该流程可应用于日常检验,也可为大批量的国家检测任务提供合理的解决方案。而且,流程再造的复制能力强,易于实践和推广。 In order to make the process of sample transfer and data transmission smoother in food inspection, the food inspection database was established based on QR code scanning technology. Centering on the food inspection data- base, we designed and optimized a convenient, easy - to - use running process. This process ran in following four basic steps: the establishment and maintenance of the database, sample transfer, sample testing and data transmis- sion. The data were transmitted through the interaction between each module and the food inspection database. Re- search indicated that effective operation of the food inspection database based on QR code scanning technology could save cost and improve the work efficiency greatly at the same time. The process can be applied to routine inspection, and also can be used as a reasonable solution for the batch inspection task for the state. Moreover, the process reengi- neering could be easily repeated, thus conducive to practice and popularization.
