山梨醇对氧化淀粉浆料性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 探讨加入山梨醇后对氧化淀粉上浆性能的改善情况。针对淀粉浆料成膜性差、浆膜硬而脆、柔软性差、弹性不足的缺点,以山梨醇为增塑剂,研究了不同比例山梨醇添加量对氧化淀粉成膜性及氧化淀粉浆料浆液性能的影响规律。对浆膜的各项性能及浆液黏度热稳定性、浆液的黏附力等进行了测试分析,对JC 14.6tex纱进行了上浆试验。结果表明,山梨醇添加量为氧化淀粉的9%时,氧化淀粉浆料综合性能优异;经对JC 14.6tex纱上浆,其耐磨性好、增强率大,可满足上浆要求。认为:在氧化淀粉中加入一定量的山梨醇,可改善其对纯棉纱的上浆性能。 Improvement situation of sizing properties for oxidized starch after adding sorbitol was discussed. Aimed at the disadvantages of starch size mixture including worse film forming property, hardness and fragility of sized film,worse softness and elasticity, sorbitol was used as plasticizer. Influence principle of different sorbitol adding amount on film forming property of oxidized starch and properties of oxidized starch sizing were studied. Properties of sized film, sizing heat stability, sizing adhering force and so on were tested and analyzed. J C 14.6 tex yarn were sized for experiment. The test results show that the comprehensive properties of oxidized starch size mixture is excellent when the sorbitol adding amount is 9% of oxidized starch. After the sizing of JC 14.6 tex yarn,the sized yarn abrasion is better,the enhanced rate is larger and the sizing requirement can be satisfied. It is considered that the sizing properties of oxidized starch on pure cotton yarn can be improved by adding certain a- mount of sorhitol.
