摘要
采用有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D建立麻花钻的钻削有限元模型,应用正交试验方法,设计3水平3因素的正交试验表,研究转速、进给量和背吃刀量这三个钻削用量对钻削性能的影响。利用MATLAB软件对试验数据进行多元线性回归分析,得到钻削力的数学模型。在此基础上,建立起钻削用量参数的多目标优化模型,并结合MATLAB中的遗传算法,对该模型进行优化。经验证发现该优化模型是可行的,可为实际生产中钻削用量选择提供参考依据。
Finite element model for drilling process of twist drill was established by DEFORM- 3D software. 3 level 3 factors of orthogonal experiment were carried out with employing orthogonal experiment method. Studying the influence of three drilling parameters including rotational speed,feed and back cutting depth on drilling performance. Getting the mathematical model of drilling force with using the MATLAB software to make multiple linear regression analysis on test data.The paper builds the multi- objective optimization model of drilling parameters on this basis,optimizes and verfies this model combing with the genetic algorithm in MATLAB,finding the optimization model is feasible. Then the result will provide evidence for choosing the drilling parameters in practical production.
