摘要
对维生素制药废水进行混凝-离心法预处理,可以有效地分离出废水中的蛋白质,烘干后的蛋白质可用作饲料。预处理后的废水COD含量从约20 000 mg/L降至约8 000 mg/L,减轻了后续生化处理的负担。介绍了该预处理工艺和离心机的试验、运行情况,并对工艺运行效果进行了分析讨论。
The coagulation-centrifugation pretreatment process for treatment of vitamin pharmaceu-tical wastewater could separate protein from wastewater, which could be used as feed after drying. Mean-while, the pretreatment process reduced the load of subsequent biochemical treatment, because the con-tent of COD in the wastewater reduced to about 8 000 mg/L from 20 000 mg/L. The experiment and op-eration of the pretreatment process and centrifuge were introduced, and the process operation effect was analyzed and discussed.
