烧结页岩多孔砖孔型优化设计与数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对10种具有不同孔洞数、孔洞率以及孔的排列方式的烧结页岩多孔砖的当量导热系数三维数值模拟计算,得出了一种最佳结构设计的页岩多孔砖设计方案。同时系统地分析了孔洞率、孔洞数及孔排数等因素对多孔砖的保温隔热性能的影响规律,为进一步改善新型自保温烧结页岩多孔砖的保温隔热性能提供参考。 The equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of 10 kinds of sintered shale porous brick with different void number, void ratio, and arrangement were studied through 3D numerical simulation. An optimal structure design of the shale perforated brick design has been obtained. At the same time, factors such as void ratio, void number and arrangement of porous brick affected thermal insulation performance were systematically analyzed, which provides a reference to further improving the thermal insulation performance of insulation sintered shale porous brick model.
