摘要
以广州宏城广场天幕工程"树状形态"仿生柱树杈焊接节点为例,阐述了小径厚比圆管中频热弯质量控制技术、弧形圆管相贯线切割技术、双曲相贯盖板压制技术等工艺成型技术;同时介绍了与之配套的节点立体空间装配技术和相贯线全熔透焊缝变形控制技术。
Based on the bionic dendriform welding joints in circular steel tube columns in Hongcheng Plaza,the techniques of tubes with low thickness ratio quality control in medium-frequency hot-bending process,arc tube intersecting line cutting,suppression technique of hyperbolic intersecting flat plates are introduced. Meanwhile,solid space assembly technique and welding deformation control technique of full penetration weld seams are also explained.
