摘要
输送带的纵向撕裂是一种严重的损坏形式，当前没有较为成熟的检测方式，而旋转式输送带撕裂检测装置是利用皮带机的运转特性，将受力转换成电信号，实现了快速、准确地对皮带机的异常状态进行检测。
Longitudinal fracture is a kind of serious damage to the conveying belt. There isn＇ t a mature detecting way at present. The rotary conveying belt fracture detecting device can transform force into electric signal by using operating features of the belt conveyor. The abnormal status can be detected rapidly and accurately.
