摘要
目的 研究绘本阅读在住院病毒性脑炎儿童中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年1月~6月来我院住院治疗的病毒性脑炎患儿63例为对照组,在绘本治疗中采用传统的护理方法;选取2014年7月~12月来我院住院治疗的病毒性脑炎患儿63例为实验组,在绘本治疗中采用绘本阅读护理方法.观察两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,儿童孤独量表(CLS)和遵医行为量表评分.结果 两组患者在治疗前的SAS评分比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),绘本阅读后观察组评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);绘本阅读后观察组CLS评分明显降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在干预前的遵医行为评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后实验组评分明显提高,并高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 绘本阅读可以降低病毒性脑炎患儿的焦虑孤独程度,提高治疗的依从性,具有临床应用价值.
Objective To study the effect of picture book reading in children with viral encephalitis. Methods 63 viral encephalitis patients from were set up as control group, and the routine nursing were adopted. 63 viral encephalitis patients were set up as observation group, and MDT method were adopted on the basis of the control group. SAS, CLS and Compliance behavior scores of two groups were observed. Results The SAS scores of two groups before treatment had no significant difference (P〉0.05). After picture book reading, the observation group' scores was significantly low- er than the control group (P〈0. 05) and the observation group' CLS scores was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 05). Compliance behavior scores of two groups' patients before the intervention's difference was not statis- tically significant (P〉0, 05), after the intervention the experimental group scores significantly improved, and higher than control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Picture book reading can reduce anxiety levels and loneliness in children with viral encephalitis and improve adherence to treatment.
