摘要
目的:优选白芍甘草(炙)药对提取物的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,通过高效液相色谱法以芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷等成分的含量为指标综合评价,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,5倍量回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective：To optimize extraction process of the combination of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma cum melle. Methods：The proper extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,liquiritin apioside,liquritin as index. Results：The proper extracting condition was that alcohol concentration was 70 per-cent,and extracted with 5 fold alcohol for 2 times,2 hour each time. Conclusion：Optimized process conditionwas scientific,stable and feasible.
