摘要
目的:优选白芍甘草(炙)药对提取物的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,通过高效液相色谱法以芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷等成分的含量为指标综合评价,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,5倍量回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective:To optimize extraction process of the combination of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma cum melle. Methods:The proper extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,liquiritin apioside,liquritin as index. Results:The proper extracting condition was that alcohol concentration was 70 per-cent,and extracted with 5 fold alcohol for 2 times,2 hour each time. Conclusion:Optimized process conditionwas scientific,stable and feasible.
