摘要病例男，51岁，体检发现膀胱占位5天。无发热、血尿，无尿路刺激症状，否认外伤史。体格检查：双肾区未见明显隆起，无压痛及叩击痛，双侧输尿管及膀胱走行区未见明碌深压痛，外生殖器正常无畸形。血、尿常规及肝肾功能等指标检测正常。二维超声检查所见：膀胱充盈好，内透声佳，壁毛糙，
