摘要
为了研究轴承磨损对船舶长轴系回旋振动的影响,利用ANSYS对某集装箱船后尾轴承进行建模并完成轴系校中,模拟后尾轴承内部应力分布,确定尾轴承的磨损量。结果表明,轴承磨损造成的支点变化会降低个别阶回旋振动的固有频率,共振类型不变。
In order to explore the impact on ship bearing wear long axis whirling vibration system,this paper takes a marine propulsion shafting as the research object.The calculation of the shafting alignment is completed and then the bearing wear based on the axial load distribution is obtained;the relationship between the bearing and the bearing's wear is calculated.The results show that the pivot bearing wear caused by the change will reduce the individual order whirling natural frequency of vibration,and resonance type remains unchanged.
