摘要
采用4步法,以(2-胺乙基)二乙烯三胺、十二烷酰氯、氯乙酸钠和溴乙烷为原料合成了一种新型的甜菜碱三聚表面活性剂标题化合物,通过核磁氢谱和红外光谱对化合物结构进行表征,测定了其水溶液的表面张力,得出表面张力曲线,进而计算出其他相关参数。结果证明,合成的化合物结构与预期的表面活性剂结构相吻合,25℃时,CMC=8.5×10^(-4)mol/L,γCMC=31.7 m N/m,p C20=3.64,Γmax=4.80×10^(-6)mol/m^2,Amin=0.35 nm^2/分子,表明目标产物具有较好的表面活性。
A new type of betaine trimeric surfactant tri [( N-dodecyl-N-ethyl-N-sodium carboxymethyl)-2-ammonium bromide ethylene]amine was synthesized by alkali neutralization reaction and quaternization with diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid,sodium hydroxide and dodecyl bromide as main raw materials. The structure of the product was characterized by1 HNMR and FT-IR. Surface tension curve and related parameters were acquired by surface tension measurements. The experimental results show that the structure of the synthesized compounds is in conformity with the expected structure of surfactant,and it' s surface properties are CMC 8. 5 × 10- 4mol / L,γCMC31. 7 m N / m,p C203. 64,Γmax4. 80 × 10- 6mol / m2 and Amin0. 35 nm2 at 25 ℃,which means that target product has good surface activity.
