摘要
目的探讨长期接触小剂量射线对放射作业人员血清中睾酮水平的影响,为制定辐射防护措施提供依据,并为辐射效应和危险评价积累资料。方法使用睾酮测定试剂盒(化学发光法)对南京市区1 664例男性医用X射线作业人员和工业探伤人员进行血清中睾酮水平的测定。结果 1 664例男性受检者中,睾酮低于正常值的为123例,检出率7.39%;且随着年龄、工龄的增长,睾酮水平降低的检出率明显增加(P<0.01,P<0.05);医用X射线作业人员与工业探伤人员之间血清睾酮水平差异无统计学意义。结论长期接触小剂量的放射线对作业人员的血清中睾酮水平有一定影响。
[Objective]To discuss the influence of long-term low-dose radiation on serum testosterone level of radiation-exposed workers,provide the evidence for developing the radiation protection measures,and accumulate the data for radiation effect and danger evaluation.[Methods]Using the testosterone assay kit(chemiluminescence method),the serum testosterone level of 1 664 male medical X-ray workers and industrial flaw detection workers in Nanjing urban area. [Results]Among 1 664 male radiationexposed workers,there were 123 showed the serum testosterone level lower than the normal value,with the detection rate of7.39%. The detection rate of decreased testosterone level increased with age and length of service(P〈0.01,P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in serum testosterone level between medical X-ray workers and industrial flaw detection workers.[Conclusion]Exposure to long-term low-dose radiation has influence on serum testosterone level of radiation workers.
