摘要
目的通过分析湖北省部分地区1 794份水样中碘含量,得出水碘中位数和区间分布水平,为准确判断地区环境缺碘状况提供科学的参考依据。方法利用砷铈催化法检测湖北省大部分地区送检的复核水样,通过绘制均数-标准差制质控图控制检测质量,并结合该地人群尿碘和食用盐碘含量值对人群碘的摄入情况做适当性分析。结果全省部分地区水碘的中位数为2.9μg/L,区间为0~295.0μg/L;其中0~10.0μg/L的样本占77.8%,10.0~20.0μg/L的样本占9.1%,超过150μg/L的高碘样本占1.3%。结论湖北省大部分地区处于碘缺乏病区,还应加强从食品中添加相关碘供应水平的管理。
[Objective]To analyze the iodine content in 1794 water samples from some areas of Hubei Province,obtain the water iodine median and interval distribution level,and provide scientific reference basis for accurately determining the environment iodine deficiency conditions. [Methods]The re-checked water samples from most areas of Hubei Province were detected by the arsenic cerium catalytic method, and mean-standard deviation control chart was drawn to control the testing quality.Combined with urine iodine of local people and iodine content of edible salt,the iodine intake level of population was analyzed.[Results]The water iodine median was 2.9 μg/L,and the range was 0-295.0 μg/L. The samples with water iodine median of0-10.0 μg/L,10.0-20.0 μg/L,and over 150 μg/L accounted for 77.8%,9.1% and 1.3%,respectively. [Conclusion]The most areas of Hubei Province belong to the high-risk area of iodine deficiency disease, and it is necessary to strengthen the management of iodization level in foods.
