摘要
运用坏产出动态SBM共同边界模型对2005~2012年中国不同类型资源型城市的转型效率进行了测算。结果表明:将城市基础条件的影响考虑在内,成长型城市的共同转型效率最高,衰退型城市的共同转型效率最低;而在既有的城市基础条件下,再生型城市的群组转型效率最高,成熟型城市的群组转型效率最低。因而,不同类型的资源型城市应采取不同的手段提高转型效率,有针对性地选择完善城市基础条件或改善资源配置水平的措施。
Based on dynamic SBM and meta frontier model covering bad output,the transformation efficiencies of four different types of resource-based cities in China from 2005 to 2012 are calculated. Results show that the meta transformation efficiency of growing cities is the highest and that of resource-recessed cities is the lowest. In addition,the group transformation efficiency of regenerative cities is the highest,and the mature cities is the lowest given the existing urban conditions. Therefore,different types of resource-based cities should adopt different means and measures to improve the transformation efficiency,either improving the urban basic conditions or improving the level of management and resource allocation.
