摘要
针对叶轮零件的结构特点,对其数控加工工艺流程进行了规划,基于UG10.0多叶片加工工序模块对叶轮零件的五轴数控加工进行编程。并基于此在五轴数控机床对叶轮进行加工,对出现的问题进行分析,改进、完善UG软件加工编程相关参数设置,证明使用UG软件对叶轮进行五轴数控编程可以获得可靠的加工程序。
According to the structural characteristics of the impeller parts, its CNC machining process is planned. Based on UG10.0 multi-blade machining process module, axis NC machining of the impeller parts is programmed. The impeller is manufactured on five-axis CNC machine. By analyzing the problems, the parameter settings are improved. Reliable machining program of impeller can be obtained using UG software while it is processed in five-axis CNC machine.
