摘要
为揭示分根交替灌溉的生理机制,以2月龄枳(Poncirus trifoliata)实生苗为材料,除去其大部分主根,促发侧根后,利用分根根箱,把枳根系分成两部分,分别置于各自生长的根室中,然后对两边根室进行水分控制,分析处理后根系形态和内源激素变化。结果表明:与两根室均灌水20mL/d比较,两根室交替灌水40mL/d和20mL/d处理均显著抑制了根系的长度、投影面积、表面积和体积,且两根室交替灌水20mL/d处理要低于40mL/d处理的根系形态。此外,交替灌溉40mL/d和20mL/d处理显著抑制根系茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)积累,但显著地刺激根系脱落酸(ABA)和油菜素内酯(BR)含量的增加,根系赤霉素(GA)含量无显著变化。
Tap root of two-month-old trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata)seedlings was cut partly,in order to promote lateral roots.And then,the seedlings were divided into two equal parts of root systems,which were respectively grown in a chamber of two-chambered rootbox,and soil water was respectively controlled.The present study aimed to reveal the physiological mechanism of root-divided alternative irrigation by analyzing root morphology and endogenous hormone levels of treatments.Results:Compared with the treatment with 20 mL H2O each in two chambers,the treatment alternatively with 20 mL or 40 mL H2 O each in a chamber notably decreased root length,projected area,surface area,and volume,whilst the effect of treatment alternatively with 20 mL H2O each in a chamber was more stronger than treatment alternatively with 40 mL H2O each in a chamber.In addition,the treatment alternatively with 20 mL or 40 mL H2 O each in a chamber markedly inhibited root MeJA and IAA accumulation,notably promoted root ABA and BR levels,but did not alter root GA content,as compared with the treatment with 20 mL H2O each in two chambers.
