摘要
通过提高阴极侧进槽烧碱温度,提升离子膜电解槽槽温。通过核算换热器换热面积,确定电解工艺技术改造流程图,将原烧碱换热器改造成冷却—加热两用,并增加1套带有自控阀门的蒸汽管路及冷凝水管路。改造后,平均每台电解槽电压降低4 V,吨碱节电24 k W·h。
The temperature of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers was raised by raising the temperature of caustic soda solution fed into cathode chamber. The heat exchange area of heat exchanger was checked and calculated, and electrolysis process flow sheet to be improved was determined. The old heat exchanger for caustic soda solution was remodeled to be used for both heating and cooling. A group of vapor pipe and condensate pipe equipped with automatic control valves were added. The improvements reduced electrolyzer voltage averagely by 4 V and saved 24 kW·h of electricity for production of one ton of caustic soda.
