摘要
针对间歇法氯乙酸生产装置存在的问题,对氯化工艺、结晶系统、尾气吸收系统、空气净化及真空系统进行了技术改造。改造后,提高了氯乙酸的质量及产量,降低了生产成本,并改善了操作环境。
In order to solve the problems existed in a chloroacetic acid batch-way production facility, technical innovations were made in chlorination process, crystallization system, tail gas absorption system, air purification and vacuum system. These innovations improved the quality of chloroacetic acid, increased, output, decreased production cost, and improved operating environment.
