摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声血管回声跟踪技术对吸烟者血管内皮功能的诊断价值。方法选取38例吸烟者及30例非吸烟者,吸烟者按照吸烟指数评分是否大于400分进行分组,应用血管回声跟踪技术跟踪描记颈总动脉管壁随心动周期的运动轨迹,同时记录测量血管的僵硬度指数(stiffness parameter,β)、血管压力-应变弹性系数(pressure-strain elastiety modulus,Ep)、顺应性(arterial compliance,AC)、膨大系数(augmentation index,AI)、单点脉搏波传导速度(one point pulse wave velocity,pwvβ)和收缩期内径(systolic diameter,Ds)、舒张期内径(diatolic diameter,Dd)。结果吸烟指数>400分组与≤400分组的血管弹性系数指标Ep、β、pwvβ、AI均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05),AC显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。吸烟指数>400分组与≤400分组比较,Ep、β及pwvβ、AI升高,AC显著减低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声血管回声跟踪技术可早期评价吸烟者血管内皮功能的损伤性改变,是一种简便、实用的新方法。
Objective To explore the value of E-tracking technology in evaluating vascular endothelial function in smokers and nonsmokers. Method Thirty-eight cases history of different smoking patients and thirty cases of non-smokers were examined. Smokers were grouped according to whether the smoking index was more than 400. E-Tracking technology was performed to evaluate vascular endothelial function. The stiffness parameter(β), pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep), arterial compliance(AC), augmentation index(AI), one point pulse wave velocity(pwv β), systolic diameter(Ds) and diastolic diameter(Dd) were recorded in smokers and non-smokers. Result Compared with non-smokers group, Ep, β, pwv β and AI were higher in both smoking index 〉400 group and smoking index ≤400 group, AC was lower than non-smokers group which with significant difference(P〈0.05). Compared with smoking index ≤400 group, Ep, β, pwv β were higher and AC was significantly decreased in smoking index 〉400(P〈0.05). Conclusion Color doppler super E-tracking technology can early evaluation smoking patients endothelial function damage change, that is a kind of simple and practical new method.
