摘要
目的建立一种精确测量眼眶脂肪体积的方法。方法应用Image J软件计算眼眶CT图像中的眼眶容积及眼眶脂肪体积,在提取眼眶边界时分别采用手工描计法及半自动方法。结果半自动方法与手工描计法计算结果大致相同,但更为精确与省时。结论 Image J软件可精确测量眼眶容积及眼眶脂肪体积。
Objective To found an accurate method in measuring the volume of orbital fat. Methods The volumes of orbit and orbital fat were measured by Image J software respectively. Manual and semi-automatic method were both used to display the margin of the orbit. RReessuullttss The outcome of semi-automatic method was almost the same as the outcome of the manual method, and the former was more accurate and needed less time. Conclusions The volumes of orbit and orbital fat can be measured by Image J software accurately.
