酚酸类物质对人参种子的化感作用研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究7种常见酚酸类化感物质对人参种子萌发的影响。方法:采用浸种培养的方法,用含250、25、2.5、0.25 mg·L-1酚酸类物质的水溶液在培养皿中培养人参种子,7 d后测量人参种子胚根和胚轴长度,研究酚酸类化合物对人参种子萌发的自毒效应;另外,借助体视显微镜观察酚酸胁迫对萌芽人参种子胚根形态的影响。结果:酚酸类物质对人参种子胚根和胚轴的化感作用强度与化合物种类及酚酸浓度密切相关。低浓度酚酸类物质对人参种子的胚根和胚轴的生长起促进作用,高浓度酚酸类物质对人参种子的胚根和胚轴的生长起抑制作用。此外研究还发现,酚酸类物质对人参根尖的形态和根毛的生长也有不同程度影响。结论:酚酸类物质对人参正常生长及人参根尖显微形态结构均具有化感作用。 Objective: To research the allelopathic effects of seven phenolic compounds on Panax ginseng seeds. Methods: The P. ginseng seeds were cultivated on petri dish with 0. 25, 2. 5, 25, 250 mg·L^-1 phenolic solution, the lengths of radicle and plumule of ginseng seeds were examined seven days later. Furthermore, the effects of phenolic on morphology of radicle of ginseng seeds were observed by stereomicroscope. Results: The allelopathic potential of phenolic on radicle and plumule of ginseng seeds were closely related to the species and concentrations of phenolic compounds. The growth of radicle and plumule of ginseng seeds were promoted at low concentrations of phenolic, but it was inhibited at high concentrations of phenolic. Moreover, this study found that the phenolic could influence the morphology of radicle and the growth of root hair. Conclusion: Phenolic compounds had allelopathy on the growth of P. giseng and micromorphology of radicle.
