摘要
煤矸石的性能随地域性的不同存在一定的差异,煤矿产区因试验条件限制对煤矸石的力学性能掌握不充分,限制了煤矸石的应用。本文以吉林省延边地区某煤矿的自燃煤矸石为研究对象,设计并完成144块煤矸石混凝土立方体试块抗压强度试验,系统地研究了煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度与龄期、水泥掺入比以及煤矸石取代率之间的关系。得出:1随着养护龄期的增加,煤矸石混凝土的强度与之呈对数关系,且明显提高。2在煤矸石取代率一定的条件下,煤矸石混凝土的强度随着水泥掺入比的增加而增大。水泥掺量处于10%~14%范围时,强度增长速度较大;当水泥掺量大于14%时,强度的增长速度明显放缓。通过试验研究,本文建议的最佳水泥掺入比为14%。3延边地区煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度随煤矸石取代率的增加而逐渐降低,本文建议的最佳取代率为60%。
Because of the regional differences,the performance of gangue exists certain differences,and the coal producing areas lack of understanding its output gangue,limit the application of the gangue. This paper takes the gangue of Yanbian city as the research object,experimental work for the compressive strength of gangue concrete as designed and performed with 144 cubes,through the indoor compressive strength test can be found the strength of gangue is related to age,cement mixing and replacement rate of gangue. 1With the increase of curing period gangue concrete strength is obviously increased. 2The strength of the gangue concrete increases with the increase of cement mixing ratio under the condition of a certain replacement rate of gangue. When the cement content in 10% ~ 14%range,the increase speed of the strength is fast. When the cement content is more than 14%,the increase speed of the strength is slow.This paper suggests that the cement mixing ratio is 14%. 3 The strength of the gangue concrete reduces with the increase of the replacement rate of gangue. This paper suggests that the replacement rate of gangue is 60%.
