摘要 神经内分泌肿瘤（NETs）是一组具有不同形态和生物学行为的罕见异质性肿瘤。由于其罕见性和异质性，在改善其诊断与治疗方面的研究进展缓慢。胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pNETs）是NETs家族中的一员，以前被称为胰岛细胞瘤，年发病率在（1-2）/10万，约占原发性胰腺肿瘤的3%。提高pNETs的诊疗技术很有必要。 Neuroendocrine tumors （NETs） is a rare and heterogeneous group ot tumors wltn widely varying morphologies and behaviors. Due to their rarity and heterogeneity, progress in improving its treatment has been slow. Pancreatic neuroendocrine turnors （pNETs） is a subset of NETs, previously known as islet cell tumors, occupies 3% of the primary pancreatic tumors with the annual incidence rate of （1 - 2）/100 000. In recent years, it is very necessary to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pNETs.
