摘要
目的探索MDT模式在肿瘤疾病临床示教中的适用性。方法随机选取五年制临床医学系同一班级中两个组36例学生作为实验组,进行MDT模式的肿瘤学疾病外科临床示教;同一班级其余3个组60例学生作为对照组,进行传统的肿瘤疾病外科临床教学。在进行肝胆恶性肿瘤外科临床示教后进行理论考试和病例分析。结果实验组36例学生均认同MDT模式教学可以作为一种临床示教方法。实验组理论考试成绩(86.19±4.86)分,高于对照组(84.63±5.84)分,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;实验组病例分析成绩(87.00±4.09)分,高于对照组(81.36±5.03)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 MDT模式作为肿瘤疾病临床教学的新方法,可以提高学生的自学能力,加深对教材理论知识的记忆和理解,培养学生的临床思维;但仍需要与其他教学方法结合提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the applicability of MDT model in clinical teaching of tumor diseases. Methods Randomly selected five years of Clinical Medicine Department of the same class two group 36 students as experimental group, the MDT model of oncology surgery clinical teaching; a different class from the rest of the three group of 60 students as the control group, the traditional tumor disease clinical surgery teaching. Theoretical examination and case analysis after the surgical treatment of the malignant tumor of the liver and gallbladder. Results In the experimental group, 36 students all agree that MDT mode teaching can be used as a clinical teaching method. The theoretical results on the test in the experimental group were(86.19±4.86) socres higher than the control group(84.63±5.84) scores, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05), the experimental group case analysis scores were(87.00±4.09) scores higher than the control group(81.36±5.03) scores, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion MDT model as a new method of tumor diseases clinical teaching can improve students' self-learning ability, enhance mutual memory and understanding on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, to cultivate students' clinical thinking, there is still a need for integrating with other teaching methods to improve the teaching effect.
