摘要
合理的车身防腐蚀设计及工艺是保证车身防腐蚀性能和使用寿命的重要指标。从车身腐蚀的原理出发,研究车身腐蚀的常见原因及腐蚀等级,并从车身结构、材料、工艺和车身密封设计等方面进行防腐蚀方法的探讨。车身防腐性能的提高,将大大提高车辆的使用寿命。未来的防腐蚀措施会持续涌现和不断地创新发展。
Reasonable body corrosion prevention design and process is an important issue that ensures the body corrosion resistant performance and service life. In this paper, starting from the principle of the body corrosion, common causes and corrosion levels of the body are described, and the paper explores the methods of corrosion prevention from the four aspects of the body frame, material, processing and body seal. The improvement of body corrosion resistance will greatly improve the service life of the vehicle. The future corrosion prevention method will continuously emerge and it will continue to create and develop.
