终身教育背景下成人学历教育考试发展现状及考试多样化研究

摘要 随着经济与教育的全球化发展,我国也逐步迈入了学习型社会,终身教育理念也越来越受到人们的重视。大力发展成人学历教育是践行终身教育理念、建设学习型社会的关键。考试作为成人学历教育的重要环节,其在成人学历教育中发挥着重要的导向性作用,也直接关系到所培养人才的质量与方向。然而,我国现阶段的成人学历教育考试却存在着形式呆板、评价标准缺位、监管缺失等诸多问题,严重制约着我国成人学历教育的发展。为此,应积极地对现有的成人学历教育考试制度加以改革,对管理制度加以完善,以提高成人学历教育的合理性、真实性,充分发挥其在建设学习型社会中的重要价值。 With the development of economic and educational globalization, our country has gradually entered a learning society, and the philosophy of lifelong education has been attached to more and more importance. The key to practicing the philosophy lifelong education and developing a learning society is to vigorously develop adult education. Examination, as an important part of adult education, plays an important guiding role in adult education, and also directly concerns the quality and direction of personnel training. However, in the present examination for adult education, there are still some problems severely hindering the development of adult education in China, such as stiff forms, absence of evaluation criteria and lack of supervision. Therefore, we should actively reform the current examination system for adult education and improve the management system, in order to improve the rationality and authenticity of adult education and give play to its important value in building a learning society.
