摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗创伤骨科疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月所收治的130例创伤骨科患者,对其临床资料进行对比以及分析。将其随机分为实验组以及对照组,每组人数为65例,其中对照组主要是采用常规的手术钢板内外固定、牵引以及换药等西医治疗方式。而实验组则是在常规的西医治疗方式基础上,结合中药内服以及外敷,实施中西医结合治疗。最终对两组患者的疗效进行比较分析。结果实验组通过中西医结合治疗创伤骨科疾病,其骨折的治愈率、软组织的修复能力等明显高于对照组,其疗效十分明显。结论在创伤骨科疾病的临床治疗中,中西医结合的方式具有很大的优势,能够实现内外兼顾,标本兼治的效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of trauma orthopedics disease.Methods 130 cases of trauma patients in Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2012 were select-ed, and their clinical data were compared and analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine operation, internal fixation, traction and dressing change. The experimental group used herbal oral administration, external application and implementation of integrated medicine on the basis of the conventional Western medicine treatment. The effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cure rate of the fracture, soft tissue repair ability and so on of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the con-trol group, and the curative effect is obvious. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of trauma orthopedics disease, the therapy of inte-grated medicine has great advantages, can achieve internal and external balance, and has the effect of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease. It is worth promoting.
