摘要
针对孤岛工作面受相邻采空区及本工作面采动影响,围岩严重破坏无法正常使用的难题,提出在尾巷中央布置分节式组装混凝土支柱,以控制底鼓及两帮移近量。结果表明:分节组装混凝土支柱加强支护效果较好,有效控制了巷道底鼓,巷道断面收缩率低于20%,克服了整体支护重量太大而垮向采空区时严重冲击支架的不足。
According to the problem that surrounding rock was unable to be used normally due to heavy damage, island face was adjacent to mined-out area and the mining moves influence of the working face, this paper proposed that abjoint assemble concrete pillars were arranged at the end of the central of inner interlocked tail road to help control the heaving floor and convergence of two closer rib spalling, The results showed that: support effect of abjoint assemble concrete pillars was better, the floor heave of roadway was effectively controlled, shrinking percentage of tunnel cross-section was less than 20%, which overcame the problems that support was shocked when it collapsed down to the mined-out area because the weight of the whole support was too big.
